Personal and Household Care

Daily life is easier with the right support in place. Your friendly support team will assist with personal care, cooking, cleaning, or staying on top of household tasks, to make things more manageable for you. Your team works alongside you to ensure your home feels comfortable, safe, and truly yours—whether that means setting up routines, lending a hand with shopping, or supporting you with day-to-day tasks that make life run smoothly.

Community Participation

Community Participation

Getting involved in your community should be enjoyable, not overwhelming. We support people to take part in local events, social groups, and recreational activities—whether it’s joining a sports team, taking a creative class, or simply meeting up with others for a coffee and chat. Our group activities offer a great way to build confidence and connection in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Independence starts with the right skills. We help people build confidence in everyday tasks like cooking, budgeting, using public transport, or managing appointments. Whether you want to learn something new or refine existing skills, we work at your pace, giving you practical tools to make life easier and more independent.

A place to call home is about more than just a roof over your head—it’s about feeling comfortable, safe, and supported. Our SIL services help people live independently while still receiving the assistance they need, whether that’s help with daily routines, meal preparation, or personal care. We focus on creating a balance between independence and support, helping people build the skills and confidence to live as autonomously as possible.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Mental health support should be practical, meaningful, and built around your personal goals. Our recovery coaches work alongside you to navigate challenges, build resilience, and connect with the right services. Whether it’s developing coping strategies, strengthening social connections, or managing daily life, we provide the support and guidance you need to move forward at your own pace.

Early Childhood Development

Early Childhood Development

The early years are full of discovery, and the right support can make a big difference. Our early childhood development services help children build confidence, communication, and essential life skills through play-based learning and hands-on activities. We work closely with families to ensure that children get the support they need to grow, learn, and thrive in a way that feels natural and engaging.

Community Nursing

Health support should be accessible, reliable, and tailored to your needs. Our community nursing team provides expert care, from wound management and medication assistance to chronic condition support and health education. We work with you, your family, and other healthcare providers to ensure you get the right care when and where you need it, helping you stay healthy and confident in your daily life.

We’ve Got Answers

Navigating the NDIS can feel complicated, but we’re here to make things simpler. Find answers to common questions about our services, how we work, and what to expect.

Do I need an NDIS plan to access your services?

No, you don’t need an NDIS plan to receive support from us. While many of the people we work with have NDIS funding, we can also provide services on a private basis or through other funding arrangements. If you’re unsure about your options, we’re happy to chat and help you explore what’s available.

How flexible are your services? Can I change my support if my needs change?

Absolutely. Life changes, and your support should change with it. We offer flexible services that can be adjusted as needed—whether that means increasing support, reducing hours, or changing the type of assistance you receive. Just let us know what’s working and what’s not, and we’ll tailor things accordingly.

How do you match me with the right support worker?

We take the time to understand your preferences, personality, and support needs before matching you with a worker. Whether you prefer someone with specific experience, a shared language, or a certain approach, we consider all these factors to ensure you and your family feel comfortable and well-supported.

Can I choose when and how I receive support?

Yes! We work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle and preferences. Whether you need support at specific times of the day, occasional help, or a consistent routine, we make sure it works for you. Flexibility is key, and we’re always open to adjusting things as your needs evolve.

Can you help with more than just direct support?

Yes! We don’t just provide hands-on support—we also help with things like finding local services, coordinating health appointments, and making community connections. Our strong network of allied health professionals and local providers means we can assist in all areas of life, beyond just the support we deliver ourselves.

Support Starts With a Conversation

Whether you’re looking for the right support or just want to learn more, we’re here to help. Get in touch today and let’s chat about what works for you.
